Legal Notice

This Legal Notice sets out the identity, regulatory status and legal arrangements of the business operating grendova.world, in accordance with UK requirements for the transparency of online sellers, including the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 as retained in UK law and the Companies Act 2006.

1. Scope of this notice

This Legal Notice applies to grendova.world and to the sale of Prenatal Complete and any other product offered on the site from time to time, and it identifies the company responsible for the site's content and for fulfilling orders placed through it. It does not itself form part of the contract between you and us for the purchase of a product, which is instead governed by our Terms of Use and Returns Policy, but it is provided to satisfy statutory transparency requirements applicable to UK-based online sellers.

Our registered office and trading address is 15 St Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AD, Wales, United Kingdom, and this is the address to which formal legal correspondence should be sent. The company's constitutional documents, confirmation statements and filing history are publicly available free of charge on the Companies House website at find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk. We are not part of a wider group of companies for the purposes of this notice.

3. Value Added Tax registration

Grendova Health Ltd is registered for Value Added Tax in the United Kingdom under VAT number GB 641 1193 82. Prices shown on grendova.world are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable at the time of your order, in accordance with the VAT Act 1994 and related regulations, and a VAT breakdown can be provided on request by contacting our customer service team using the details in Section 9.

5. Product classification

Prenatal Complete is classified as a food supplement under the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, the corresponding regulations applicable in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims as retained in UK law. It is not a medicinal product for the purposes of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and it is not subject to authorisation, licensing or regulation as a medicine. Nutrient function claims used on grendova.world in relation to individual vitamins and minerals contained in Prenatal Complete are limited to those specifically authorised under retained Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, and refer to the individual nutrient concerned rather than to the product as a whole.

6. Regulatory authorities

Food supplements placed on the market in the United Kingdom are subject to oversight by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU, in relation to food safety and labelling, and by local authority Trading Standards services in relation to general consumer protection and fair trading. Responsibility for the editorial content of the site rests with Grendova Health Ltd at the registered address given in Section 2.

8. Accuracy of published information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, nutrient tables and delivery information published on grendova.world are accurate and up to date at the time of publication, but this information may be superseded by updates to the site or by the product label itself, which remains the primary and authoritative source of nutrient content, dosage and allergen information. We correct any identified inaccuracy as promptly as reasonably possible once it is brought to our attention, and welcome reports of any discrepancy using the contact details in Section 9.

9. Intellectual property

The Grendova brand name, the Prenatal Complete product name, associated logos, and all original text, photography, illustrations and layout published on grendova.world are the property of Grendova Health Ltd or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, save for the limited personal, non-commercial use permitted under our Terms of Use.

10. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning the content of this Legal Notice, or the legal status of Grendova Health Ltd as the seller operating grendova.world, is governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to your place of residence elsewhere in the United Kingdom. Consumers may also make use of the free advice offered by the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133 in relation to any consumer dispute arising from a purchase made through the site.
