Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 August 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of grendova.world and any request you submit for Prenatal Complete through our order form, and they form an agreement between you and Grendova Health Ltd, Company No. 13584920, of 15 St Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AD, Wales ("Grendova", "we", "us"). By browsing our site or submitting an order request you confirm that you accept these terms in full; if you do not accept them, please do not use grendova.world or submit a request through it.
1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to every visitor to grendova.world and to every order request submitted through our online form, our telephone confirmation process, and any related correspondence. They sit alongside, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where these terms are silent on a particular point, applicable English and Welsh law and, where relevant, mandatory consumer protection law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you are resident, will apply. These terms do not apply to any separate trade or wholesale agreement that may be negotiated directly with a business customer.
2. Acceptable use of the website
You agree to use grendova.world only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any other person. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its underlying infrastructure, or any account or system connected to it, and you must not use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to extract content from the site without our prior written consent. You must not upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that contains a virus or other harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to the site if we reasonably believe you have breached this section.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that the composition, pack size, pricing and delivery information published on grendova.world for Prenatal Complete is accurate at the time it is published, but this information may be updated from time to time and the version displayed at the point you submit an order request will apply to that request. The pack label accompanying each product remains the definitive source of nutrient content, dosage instructions and allergen information, and you should always read it before use. Images of the product pack shown on the site are for illustrative purposes and packaging design may vary slightly between production batches.
4. Order requests and confirmation
Submitting the order form on grendova.world constitutes a request to purchase, not an acceptance of an offer by us, and no contract exists between us until we have confirmed your order by telephone. During the confirmation call, our team will verify your name, delivery address and order details, and you will have the opportunity to amend or cancel your request before it proceeds to dispatch. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable period after your request is submitted, we may treat the request as lapsed, and you are welcome to submit a new request at any time. We reserve the right to decline any order request at our discretion, for example where delivery to your address is not available or where we suspect the request is fraudulent.
5. Pricing and payment
The price displayed for Prenatal Complete at the time of writing is £42.99 per pack of 60 capsules, shown alongside the standard price of £84.99 for comparison, with any applicable delivery charge shown separately on the Delivery page. No prepayment is required to submit an order request; payment is collected by our courier at the point of delivery, by cash or by card using the courier's own handheld payment terminal, and we do not store your card details at any stage of this process. Prices are stated in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any VAT properly chargeable, in accordance with UK VAT law. We reserve the right to correct any genuine pricing error identified before your order is dispatched, and will contact you if this affects your request.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery timings by UK region are set out on our Delivery page and are provided in good faith based on typical courier performance, but they are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Orders are typically dispatched within one to two working days of telephone confirmation. Risk in the product passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided, and you should inspect the parcel promptly on arrival.
7. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel your order request free of charge at any point before dispatch by contacting us using the details in Section 13. Once your order has been delivered, your right to cancel and return the product is governed by our Returns Policy, which reflects the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and provides for a fourteen-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt, subject to the product remaining in its original, sealed condition for hygiene reasons where applicable. 8. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, product photography and other content published on grendova.world is owned by, or licensed to, Grendova Health Ltd, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions. You may view, download and print extracts of the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you must not reproduce, republish, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission. The Grendova name and associated branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without our express consent.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, as applicable to your location. Subject to that, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of grendova.world, and our total liability arising from any single order will not exceed the price paid for that order, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for defective products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where applicable.
10. Availability of the website
We aim to keep grendova.world available at all times, but we do not assure that the site will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, and access may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your inability to access the site at any particular time. We may withdraw, suspend or restrict the availability of all or part of the site without notice where we consider it necessary to do so, for example for security reasons.
11. Third-party links
Where grendova.world contains links to third-party websites, these links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply any endorsement by us of the content, products or services offered on those sites. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any linked third-party website, and you access such sites entirely at your own risk.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, mandatory local consumer protection provisions applicable in your place of residence will also apply and, where mandatory, the courts of your home jurisdiction may have jurisdiction over any dispute. Subject to that, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, or their subject matter, will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Contact and complaints procedure
If you have a question about these terms, or a complaint about your order or our website, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 29 2089 4506, during office hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within five working days and to provide a full response within thirty calendar days. If a complaint concerning a consumer contract cannot be resolved directly with us, you may also seek independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133, or from your local Trading Standards service.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or in the law, and the version published on grendova.world at the time you submit an order request will govern that request. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, and material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for a reasonable period following publication.
15. Revision and change log
14 January 2025 — initial Terms of Use published ahead of the grendova.world launch. 3 June 2025 — clarified the order confirmation process described in Section 4 and added the pricing correction provision in Section 5. 22 September 2025 — added the third-party links section and refined the liability wording in Section 9 to reference the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 11 August 2026 — expanded the governing law and jurisdiction section to reflect residents across all parts of the United Kingdom, and updated complaint response-time commitments in Section 13.
