1. Scope of this page
This Delivery page explains how orders for Prenatal Complete placed through grendova.world are processed, confirmed, dispatched and delivered across the United Kingdom, and it should be read alongside our Terms of Use and Returns Policy, which govern the wider contract between you and Grendova Health Ltd. It applies to every order confirmed through our standard telephone confirmation process and delivered by one of our courier partners to a UK mainland or island address. It does not cover delivery outside the United Kingdom, which we do not currently offer.
2. Information we use to arrange delivery
To arrange delivery of your order we use the name, telephone number and delivery address you provide on the order form, together with any delivery notes you add during the confirmation call, such as a safe place to leave the parcel or a preferred delivery window where our courier is able to offer one. This information is passed securely to our courier partner solely for the purpose of completing your delivery and collecting payment on arrival, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your delivery address for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order and maintaining our statutory business records.
3. Legal basis for processing delivery information
We process the delivery information described above on the basis that it is necessary to perform the contract formed once your order is confirmed by telephone, in reliance on Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR, and, once the order is dispatched, on the basis of our legitimate interest in confirming successful delivery and resolving any delivery issue promptly. Where we retain delivery records for longer than the delivery itself requires, this is done to satisfy our legal obligations under the Companies Act 2006, as explained in Section 4 below.
4. Retention of delivery records
Delivery records, including the address used, the courier reference and the delivery outcome, are retained for six years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, in line with our statutory bookkeeping obligations and HMRC guidance on business record retention. Where a delivery issue, such as a missing or damaged parcel, is reported, the correspondence relating to that issue is retained for twenty-four months from resolution, or longer if required to resolve an ongoing dispute. After these periods, delivery records are securely deleted or anonymised.
5. How to exercise your rights over delivery data
You may ask us at any time to confirm what delivery information we hold about a specific order, to correct an inaccurate address before dispatch, or to explain how that information has been shared with our courier partner. Requests should be sent to [email protected] or made by telephone on +44 29 2089 4506 during office hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, quoting your name and order details so that we can verify your identity. We aim to acknowledge such requests within five working days and to respond fully within one calendar month, consistent with the rights described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Our courier partners
Depending on your delivery address and current courier availability, your order may be dispatched using Yodel Delivery Network Limited, DPD UK Limited or Evri Limited, each of which operates its own tracked delivery network across the United Kingdom and acts as an independent data controller for the limited delivery information it holds about you. Each courier partner is selected for its coverage of your postcode area and its ability to support cash or card payment collection on delivery where this service is required for your order.
7. Payment on delivery
There is no prepayment required to place an order. After the confirmation call, your parcel is prepared and sent in discreet, unbranded outer packaging, and you pay the courier directly by cash or by card using the courier's own handheld payment terminal at the point of delivery. We do not receive or store your card details at any stage of this process, as the payment is taken entirely by the courier rather than by Grendova Health Ltd.
8. Delivery attempts and missed deliveries
If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, a card or notification will usually be left explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot or collection point, and most couriers allow a small number of further attempts before returning the parcel to us. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable after reasonable attempts, we will contact you using the details provided on your order to arrange re-delivery or to close the request, and any charges reasonably incurred as a result of repeated failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address may be discussed with you at that stage.
9. International transfers relating to delivery
Our courier partners operate wholly within the United Kingdom, and delivery information is processed and stored on servers located within the UK or the European Economic Area. Where a courier's own systems involve a processor outside the UK or EEA, that courier is responsible as an independent controller for ensuring an appropriate safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, is in place, and you may contact the relevant courier directly for further information about its own data handling practices.
10. Delivery timing and public holidays
Delivery times shown in the table above are estimates provided in good faith based on typical courier performance and are measured in working days, meaning Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays observed in the relevant nation or region of the United Kingdom. Estimated timings may extend during unusually busy periods, such as immediately before or after a public holiday, or during periods of severe weather affecting courier networks, and we will keep you informed by telephone or email if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
11. Delivery charges
The delivery charge applicable to your order depends on the UK region to which it is being sent, as set out in the table above, ranging from £2.99 for most of mainland England and Wales to £5.99 for the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, reflecting the different costs faced by our courier partners in reaching those areas. Delivery charges are confirmed to you during the telephone confirmation call before your order is dispatched, so that you know the total amount payable to the courier before it arrives.
12. Returns arising from delivery
If you wish to return your order after it has been delivered, your rights and the process to follow are set out in full in our Returns Policy, which reflects the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and provides a fourteen-calendar-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt, subject to the product remaining in its original, sealed condition. Please refer to that page rather than contacting our courier directly, as returns must be arranged through Grendova Health Ltd rather than through the delivery network.
13. Complaints about delivery
If you experience a problem with delivery, including a late, missing or damaged parcel, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or +44 29 2089 4506 during office hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, and we will acknowledge your report within five working days and aim to resolve straightforward delivery issues, such as arranging a replacement dispatch, within a further ten working days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us, you may seek independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.
